Kat Rose Stephens is an Ayurvedic practitioner, registered nurse, and mother based in Melbourne, Australia. Her journey with Ayurveda began through yoga, where she felt deeply inspired by its timeless wisdom and drawn to explore it further. In 2022, she completed her Diploma in Ayurveda at the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS).
Kat now runs a home-based clinic offering Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara, and holistic Ayurvedic consultations. Her practice is rooted in nurturing care, combining traditional Ayurvedic therapies with her clinical knowledge from seven years of nursing across mental health, palliative care, and general practice.

anatomy, and Remedial Yoga.

Keli is a Brazilian yoga teacher and co-founder of Lahari Yoga School, a lineage-rooted platform devoted to the sacred sciences of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda. With over 12 years of teaching experience, she is an E-RYT 500 and has taught extensively across New Zealand, Bali, and the U.S.
She also founded Yoga Together and has shared her work through Warriors New Zealand, Sky TV, government wellness programs, yoga teacher trainings, and transformational retreats.
Her journey began in New Zealand, and she has since studied and taught at some of the region’s most respected yoga schools. With over 1000 hours of formal training and more than 6000 hours of teaching, Keli brings depth and heart to every space she holds.
Rooted in traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga, her classes invite students into steady, soulful, and

Drawing on her training in yoga, pranayama, somatic movement, trauma-informed facilitation, ritual and ceremony, Jane’s teaching blends classical yogic tools with intuitive, embodied practices. Her classes are warm, grounding, and intentionally spacious, designed to meet people where they are and to gently invite inner listening and self-inquiry.
Jane is the founder of Ginkgo Embodiment and co-founder of Fat Yoga Naarm, both initiatives rooted in making yoga more accessible and relevant to those often excluded from mainstream wellness spaces.
