Sadhana Retreats is a global online offering, specialising in yoga, ayurvedic, pranayama and meditation experiences. Operating out of Australia and serving a worldwide audience.

Yoga is a vast and lifelong journey, deeply rooted in Indian traditions. At Sādhanā Retreats, we do not claim to offer the entirety of yoga’s depth, but rather a bridge for those seeking to explore beyond the mainstream. We honor the wisdom keepers, teachers, and traditions that have carried these teachings for generations.

We acknowledge that we meet and work on Indigenous lands across the globe and we pay respect to elders, past and present, and acknowledge the role that Indigenous peoples continue to play within their local communities.
