Sādhanā Retreats Terms and Conditions - Gift Cards

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law. Vouchers must be redeemed within this period.

2. Value and Use

Gift vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be used toward any eligible purchase on the Sādhanā Retreats website. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers and are not valid for one-click upsell or post-checkout offers.

3. Redemption

Gift vouchers are redeemed at the time of purchase via the Sādhanā Retreats website. Once redeemed, the voucher is applied to the selected retreat and cannot be reused.

4. Access and Activation

Following redemption, the retreat is delivered in the same way as a standard purchase, including access to the Pre-Retreat Information and Sādhanā Circle.

Participants may activate their retreat at any time within 12 months of redeeming their voucher. Activation occurs when the retreat is commenced using the access details provided.

5. Usage Window

Once activated, the retreat must be completed within the standard access period associated with that retreat.

Users will have access to the online retreat content for the following periods:

- One-day and Weekend Retreats: Five (5) days of access.

- Five-day Retreats: Eight (8) days of access.

6. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the recipient.

7. Lost or Misused Vouchers

Sādhanā Retreats is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
